In-Person Lessons

**Due to the current stay-at-home order, in-person lessons are suspended until local government and health officials deem it safe to do otherwise. If you are interested in these lessons, please contact Michael to stay up to date on when this will be offered again!**

Traditional in-person lessons are available through Michael McSweeney Music and take place at Sound Summit Studios in Downtown Naperville. In-home lessons are also available for an additional price.

Zoom Lessons

One of the biggest benefits of Zoom lessons is that these can be done from the comfort of your own home, which means these are available worldwide! Students meet with Michael virtually via Zoom, an online platform similar to Skype or FaceTime. No account or download is required, but both are recommended. A microphone is also highly recommended, and Michael can make recommendations for those on a budget.

Asynchronous Lessons via Google Drive

Students will be provided with a link for a private folder that can only be seen by Michael and the student (as well as a parent/guardian if the student is a minor) where Michael will upload exercises and other music, video tutorials, and other resources on a weekly basis. The student will then upload a video of themselves performing each part of the weekly assignments, which Michael will review and provide feedback on during an assigned lesson time.
